These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Services provided by GOLDENFLAKE LLC.

1. Services

We provide online English tutoring services connecting students with independent tutors via live 25‑minute sessions.

2. Eligibility

Accounts must be created by parents or legal guardians. Students are minors and may not contract independently.

3. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and accuracy of information.

4. Classes & Scheduling

  • Classes are booked through the platform

  • Cancellation rules are disclosed at booking

  • Missed classes may be forfeited according to plan rules

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed via third‑party processors

  • Subscriptions may auto‑renew unless canceled

  • Refunds follow the published refund policy

6. Content & IP

All platform content, curriculum, and materials are owned or licensed by GOLDENFLAKE LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

Users and students must behave respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all memberships and services offered by GOLDENFLAKE LLC, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Company”, “we”, “us”). This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Structure

We offer recurring memberships with the following billing and learning cycles:

  • 1‑Month Membership: 4 weeks

  • 3‑Month Membership: 12 weeks

  • 6‑Month Membership: 24 weeks

  • 12‑Month Membership: 48 weeks

Each membership renews automatically at the end of its billing cycle unless canceled by the User.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their membership at any time through their account or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund unless the cancellation occurs within the applicable money‑back guarantee period.

  • Upon cancellation, access to the platform remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

3. Money‑Back Guarantee

We offer a money‑back guarantee depending on the membership type:

  • 1‑Month Membership: 15 days

  • 3‑Month Membership: 30 days

  • 6‑Month Membership: 45 days

  • 12‑Month Membership: 60 days

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period, calculated from the initial payment date or the most recent renewal date.

4. Refund Calculation Method

If a refund is approved:

  • The total refund amount is calculated by deducting the value of all classes already booked or completed.

  • Classes are deducted at the standard undiscounted per‑class rate, regardless of any promotional, bundled, or discounted price paid.

  • Discounts are granted solely in exchange for commitment to a larger package. If only a portion of the package is used, those used lessons are re‑priced as individual purchases at the undiscounted rate.

Example: If a discounted package is purchased but only a few lessons are used, the used lessons are treated as individual lessons at the full price, and only the remaining balance (if any) is refundable.

5. No Refunds Outside the Guarantee Period

Refunds are not available once the applicable money‑back guarantee period has expired, except where required by mandatory consumer‑protection laws.

6. Unused Classes & Learning Cycles

  • Memberships operate on recurring learning cycles aligned with billing periods.

  • Unused classes do not roll over beyond the active learning cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • At the start of each new billing cycle, unused classes from the previous cycle are reset and cannot be reclaimed.

This structure allows us to maintain fair scheduling availability for tutors and students.

7. Missed or Late‑Cancelled Classes

  • Classes not attended or canceled outside the permitted cancellation window are considered used.

  • Such classes are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund calculation.

8. Technical or Service Issues

In the event of verified technical issues attributable to the platform, we may, at our discretion:

  • Credit replacement classes, or

  • Issue a partial refund

Decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.

9. Payment Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

  • Processing time typically ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

10. Abuse & Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, repeated refund behavior, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
